Taste: slightly fruity with a clear sweet feeling

Ideal raw on vegetables, fish, meat and bruschettas. In the kitchen, it is recommended for frying and the preparation of cakes, focaccias and typical dishes such as the Ligurian rabbit or brandacujun.
